We aim to reply within two working days. Tell us what device you're on and what you were doing when it happened — it saves a round trip.
Eat & Perform reads sessions from Apple Health and Strava. Check Settings → Connections in the app to confirm the source is connected, then pull down on the Training tab to refresh. If a session is in Apple Health but not in the app, make sure Eat & Perform has permission to read Workouts and Heart Rate under iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.
Targets are calculated from the heart-rate zones of the sessions you actually did, plus your weight, age and goal. If a session synced without zone data, the app falls back to its calorie figure, which can read lower than expected. Check your weight and goal are current in Settings → Profile — both move the number significantly.
Products are matched at your chosen supermarket by our grocery partner. Anything we can't price is shown separately on the basket screen and still sent with your list, so the store can suggest an alternative. If a match looks wrong, untick it and add the item yourself at checkout.
That's the pantry: the app remembers what you bought recently so you're not re-ordering rice and olive oil every week. Anything it thinks you already have appears under "You probably already have these" — tick anything you've run out of before sending.
The handoff opens your supermarket through our grocery partner's checkout page. If you came straight back without reaching your basket, the app keeps your list and won't charge you again — tap Retry sending on the same basket.
Eat & Perform Pro is billed through your Apple ID. To view, change or cancel it, open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
Changed device or reinstalled? Open the app and tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us — reportaproblem.apple.com. The basket-send fee is charged separately by us; email us if there's a problem with one.
You can delete your account and everything we hold at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account, or by emailing us. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and your rights under UK GDPR.
